To preserve and advance values

As a certified wine academic Amanda Bulgin worked for the London-based department store Harrods, the Decanter wine magazine and leading restaurants at home and abroad. It is from this range of experiences her aspiration to actively help shape her profession’s future derives.

While embracing the established values of her trade she emphasises the importance of personal virtues: regardless of social status or education guests are to be treated openly and knowledge needs to be delivered in a way that it triggers true curiosity.

Anticipating the Zeitgeist, with the guest in view

Inspired by the close cooperation with local wine makers and distilleries Amanda Bulgin sees herself as a researcher, constantly exploring options and looking for new ways to convey indulgence.

Besides fine wines and spirituous beverages from both established and upcoming wine makers she, therefore, also offers alcohol free pairing based on wild fruits and herbs from the the Swiss Alps — lived innovation that delights her international audience.
